By ordering a commission from me, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
- Please make sure I’m the right person for you to commission!
- Commissions may take a while until they are finished, depending on when you ordered your piece and my personal schedule. It usually may take from 2 weeks up to 2 months of wait. If you have any deadline (eg. birthday gift) then you must mention it before.
- If you want priority you'll pay +$50. With priority, you will be at the top of the list and you will pass those who arrived before you.
- These commission prices are NON-COMMERCIAL prices (except stated otherwise in the comms info), meaning they are for your personal use only. You may not redistribute it in large quantities or use it in any form that could bring income. Commercial commissions are roughly 2x the price or more, depending on the purpose.
- Payment first and via PayPal, the currency is in USD
- Commissioners will pay for the PayPal transaction fee.
- If you're under 18, don't steal the credit card of your parents.
- Please NO RUSH. I'm a human, I have my problems and my life. Don't ask every day how it's going, it is annoying and anxious.
- Changes only during the sketch please. If you ask for changes during lineart/coloring, you'll pay extra (depends on the changes).
- Detailed characters will have added costs (depends on the character).
- Extra character will include their respective costs in addition.
- Can't resell.

REFUND
- You may cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn’t been made yet.
- You may request a refund if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.
- I do not refund after payment.

COPYRIGHT
- I hold every right to every commission and drawing.
- This means that I am allowed to promote, display and/or publish the piece in any place or website, publish books with it, live stream the process and post it on social media. I reserve the right to create my own merchandise with a commission.
- You are allowed to:
Use the commission for personal use, unless agreed otherwise. This means you can post the commission on social media if you give proper credit to me; you can print the commission out and display it in your personal space; you can print the commission on items like a tote bag, clothing, etc for your own personal use. If the commission is intended as a gift for someone else, the same rights apply to that one person.
- The following things are not allowed:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially, making money off of the commission in any way, taking credit for the creation of the artwork, removing any watermarks/signatures.
ADOPTABLES RULES
What You Get:
* A high-resolution PNG file of the character (without watermark)
* Full commercial rights (see TOS for details)
* Optional: full rendered file (in case you wish to pay the fee)-> Bidding:
* Must follow the SB amount, Min amount, and AB set price by me.
* Auction time end in 48 hours (unless AB)1. Ownership Transfer:
* Upon purchase, you gain full rights to the character, including personal and commercial use.
* The character design will no longer be available for purchase by others.
2. Usage Rights:
* You may use the adoptable in any project (personal, commercial, etc.), including games, merchandise, and social media.
* You may make modifications to the character design as you see fit.
* Crediting me as the original designer is appreciated!
3. Reselling and Trading:
* You may resell or trade the adoptable, but you must inform me of the new owner.
* The new owner must agree to these terms of service.
4. Refunds:
* All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the purchase.
5. Prohibited Uses:
* The adoptable cannot be used in any project that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities.
* The adoptable may not be used for AI training or incorporated into NFTs without prior permission.
6. Revisions and Customizations:
* Minor adjustments can be requested before the purchase is finalized (e.g., color changes).
* Additional customizations or extra artwork can be commissioned separately.
7. Payment plans
* Payment plans are available if you ask!, but they are limited to no longer than 2 months and 1 week per payment, the price can be split in a max of 3 payments

1/How do you prioritize commission orders?
I prioritize commercial work, then I do personal work in the same order they got paid for.2/How long does it usually take to get the commission done?
Usually, the commission may take up to 1 week to 2 months of wait, depending on the amount of commercial work I have to do at the moment and if your commission is first or last in order. If you have any deadline you must state it while ordering and we will agree on a date. In case of any delays, I will inform you via email, dms!
